How to Start a Return

You can start a return through your Tailored2U account or our return portal. Enter your order number, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and follow the prepaid label instructions. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

No Exchanges

At Tailored2U, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want without delays.

Modify or Cancel an Order 

Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they begin processing and may no longer be editable. If you need to update details like your address, size, or item selection, log into your Tailored2U account or contact our support team immediately.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders allow you to secure upcoming styles before they launch. Full payment is taken at checkout, and we’ll provide an estimated ship date on the product page. Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
