How to Start a Return

You can start a return through your Tailored2U account or our return portal. Enter your order number, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and follow the prepaid label instructions. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

No Exchanges

At Tailored2U, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want without delays.
